When it came to capturing Sarah and Trent's wedding, the challenge was clear – how to make their special day uniquely theirs, especially when her two sisters had already tied the knot in the same church and venue! Since their last name is Bond - I really wanted to capitalize on that to make their wedding photos unique. We opted for a blend of tradition with a dash of James Bond flair at the Country Club of York. This gallery really set their wedding apart from her sisters as well as from the traditional country club wedding aesthetic!

A Non Traditional James Bond Inspired Wedding Gallery

Drawing inspiration from the iconic spy films, we embraced the Bond legacy throughout the day. From shaken-not-stirred martinis to the suave presence of men in tailored suits, the wedding was filled with a subtle sophistication. Trent ascending the stairs at the beginning of the day and the sparkle of chandeliers, all echoed the timeless essence of a Bond movie. I also played around with the star filters on the camera, adding an extra touch of cinematic magic to the wedding album.

During the pre-wedding prep, I spotted a red wallpapered bathroom that I fell in LOVE with! Despite skepticism from the bridesmaids, the unique backdrop provided an artistic and unexpected element to the collection of photos. We wanted to break away from the cookie-cutter "Country club" wedding galleries and infuse the images with the couple's vibrant personalities. And I think we did just that!

Making Your Wedding Day Uniquely Yors

Since we were trying to steer clear of the “traditional” style of country club weddings, I had an absolute blast being able to add in touches of art into their gallery. While I still capture the shots everyone expects on the wedding day, I also try to include photos that tell a story, that are artsy and add an element of fun and storytelling. The way your photographer captures your wedding can set your whole day apart from everyone else’s! And that was exactly my goal for Sarah and Trent’s country club wedding day!
